做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
